3C 4 Incubators – Culture, Creative and Clusters for Incubators project started in July 2013. The partnership is merging results from four prior projects (SOSTENUTO, 2InSClusters, I.C.E and Creative Growth financed by the MED Programme and by INTERREG IVC Programme) and as the overall objective aims at promoting the cultural and creative sector as a factor for territorialdevelopment, along with social and economic innovation.
